- New test data will be rejected until the next billing cycle. Your existing data and dashboard remain accessible. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to continue reporting.
- How does Pro overage pricing work?
- Your first 25,000 test results are included in the $49 base price. Beyond that, you pay $0.003 per additional test result.
- Can I switch plans?
- You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also migrate from cloud to self-hosted at any time by exporting your data.
- Are cloud and self-hosted feature-equivalent?
- Yes. Every feature available on the cloud version exists in the self-hosted version. The cloud offering adds managed infrastructure and automatic upgrades — not additional features.
